Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to the SaaS products, applications, and services operated by X Enterprises, LLC ("X Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") (the "Products") and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using a Product, you agree to this AUP. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Products, and not to permit anyone using your account to use the Products, to:

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights;
  • send spam, phishing attempts, or other unsolicited or deceptive communications;
  • upload, store, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • store or transmit unlawful content, including content that exploits or endangers minors;
  • harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person, or incite violence;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a Product without our prior written authorization;
  • circumvent security measures, authentication, usage limits, or access restrictions;
  • disrupt or interfere with a Product or impose an unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
  • scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access a Product except through documented interfaces (such as a published API) and within their limits;
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit a Product except as expressly permitted by your plan;
  • mine cryptocurrency without our explicit written permission;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity; or
  • use AI features to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or intended to harm others, or in violation of any usage restrictions of the underlying model providers that we make available to you.

Fair use of shared resources

The Products run on shared infrastructure. We may impose or adjust reasonable usage limits (such as API rate limits, storage caps, or compute quotas) to protect the reliability of the Products for all customers. Sustained usage patterns that materially degrade service for others may be throttled after notice where practicable.

Reporting violations

To report a suspected violation of this AUP — including abusive content or suspected account compromise — contact us at legal@x.enterprises.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove content, throttle usage, suspend access, or terminate an account as described in the Terms of Service. Where a violation involves unlawful activity, we may notify law enforcement. We may act without prior notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Products, our users, or third parties, or to comply with law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
