Cookie Policy and Consent Tool

Last updated: August 12, 2026

We value your privacy very highly. Please read this Cookie Policy carefully before using the websites and SaaS products operated, owned, or managed by X Enterprises, LLC, a Limited Liability Company formed in Washington, United States ("us," "we," "our") (each, a "Website"), as this Cookie Policy contains important information regarding our setting of cookies and other tracking technologies, your privacy, and how we may use the information that we collect about you. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which provides more information about our privacy practices, your choices, and your privacy rights.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a Website and stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies — including pixels, scripts, and first-party browser storage (localStorage) — for the same kinds of purposes described in this Policy. References to "cookies" in this Policy include those similar technologies where the context requires.

Our placement and classification of cookies

Depending on the Website, we may set the cookies and similar technologies identified below. We have classified them by the purpose that they serve. These categories match the labels in the cookie consent tool on Websites that display it: strictly necessary, analytics, marketing, and preferences.

Not every Website uses every technology listed here. Tracking IDs are configured per Website. A script is injected only after you grant consent for its category, and only if that Website is configured to use it. The consent tool on a given Website is the authoritative list of optional categories in use on that Website.

Some of our Websites do not display a consent banner. On those Websites the consent tool is turned off, and analytics and marketing scripts that would otherwise be loaded through it do not fire. The absence of a banner on those Websites is not a live consent choice — it means optional tracking through this tool is off.

Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are essential for you to browse this Website and use its features. For example, these cookies may be used for maintaining security, authenticating users, preventing fraudulent actions, and remembering the cookie choices you have already made. These cookies are enabled by default and cannot be disabled through the consent tool. Without them, the Website may not be fully functional. Where applicable, this Website uses the following strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies:

Authentication and session cookies (SaaS products)

  • Description: Where a Website is one of our SaaS products, we set first-party cookies to keep you signed in, maintain your session, remember security state, and prevent fraud. Without these cookies, the product cannot function.
  • Provider: X Enterprises, LLC
  • Provenance: First Party
  • Purpose: Authentication; Security; Session management
  • Duration: Session, or up to the duration of your signed-in session preference

Consent choice (first-party browser storage)

  • Description: On Websites that display the cookie consent tool, we store your category choices in first-party browser storage (localStorage) so we can honor them on return visits without showing the banner again. This is our own record of your choice. It is not a third-party consent-management cookie.
  • Provider: X Enterprises, LLC
  • Provenance: First Party
  • Purpose: Consent storage; Compliance with legal obligations
  • Duration: Until you clear site data for the Website or change your choice in the consent tool

Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with a Website so we can improve it. These cookies are disabled by default and are enabled only if you grant Analytics consent (Accept all, or Customize and enable Analytics). If you provide that consent, the Website may collect the following analytics cookies and similar technologies, where configured on that Website.

When a Website is configured with Google Tag Manager, we treat GTM as Analytics (tag management). We do not classify GTM as strictly necessary or as a functional/preferences cookie. If GTM is present, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are loaded through GTM rather than as standalone scripts, so visits are not counted twice. Standalone Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity load only on Websites that are configured with those IDs and are not using GTM.

Google Tag Manager

  • Description: This is a tag management system. Where a Website is configured with a Google Tag Manager container, the GTM script (googletagmanager.com/gtm.js) is injected only after you grant Analytics consent. Via Google Tag Manager, tags can be integrated centrally. Tags are small sections of code that can measure activity or load other tools. The Tag Manager controls when a particular tag is triggered. Tags that serve marketing or advertising purposes still require Marketing consent before those tags may fire for that purpose.
  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited
  • Provenance: Third Party
  • Purpose: Tag management; Analytics
  • Duration: Until you withdraw Analytics consent or clear site data. Tags loaded through Google Tag Manager set their own durations (typically up to 2 years).
  • How to Opt Out: Through our cookie consent tool (Reject all, or Customize and disable Analytics), or visit the cookie provider's website.

Google Analytics

  • Description: This is a web analytics service (Google Analytics 4). Where configured on a Website — either as a standalone script or through Google Tag Manager — it is used to measure how visitors use the Website so we can improve it. It is classified as Analytics, not Marketing.
  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited
  • Provenance: Third Party
  • Purpose: Analytics
  • Duration: 2 years
  • How to Opt Out: Through our cookie consent tool, or https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Microsoft Clarity

  • Description: This is a session-analytics and heat-mapping service. Where configured on a Website — either as a standalone script or through Google Tag Manager — it helps us understand how visitors use the Website. It is classified as Analytics.
  • Provider: Microsoft Corporation
  • Provenance: Third Party
  • Purpose: Analytics
  • Duration: Up to 1 year
  • How to Opt Out: Through our cookie consent tool (Reject all, or Customize and disable Analytics).

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies track your online activity to, for example, help advertisers deliver more relevant advertisements or limit how many times you see an advertisement. These cookies are disabled by default and will be enabled only if you grant Marketing consent (Accept all, or Customize and enable Marketing). If you provide that consent, the Website may collect the following marketing cookies and similar technologies, where configured on that Website.

Advertising networks and marketing pixels

  • Description: Some of our free, ad-supported Websites display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. Some Websites also measure campaigns with marketing pixels (for example, Meta Pixel or Google Ads, where configured). These networks and pixels may set cookies or use similar technologies to deliver, measure, and — with your consent — personalize advertisements. The specific networks in use may vary by Website and are listed in the cookie consent tool on that Website.
  • Provenance: Third Party
  • Purpose: Advertising; Marketing
  • Duration: Varies by provider
  • How to Opt Out: Through our cookie consent tool, or via industry opt-out pages such as https://optout.aboutads.info and https://www.youronlinechoices.eu

Preferences cookies

Preferences cookies remember choices you have made about how the Website looks or behaves — for example, theme (light/dark), filters, or similar first-party interface settings. They are not used to remember your username or password, and they are not used for analytics or advertising. These cookies are disabled by default and will be enabled only if you grant Preferences consent. If you provide that consent, the Website may store the following, where that Website offers those settings:

Interface settings (theme, filters, and similar)

  • Description: First-party storage of user-interface choices such as color theme, display density, or list filters, so the Website can restore those choices on a later visit.
  • Provider: X Enterprises, LLC
  • Provenance: First Party
  • Purpose: Preferences; User interface
  • Duration: Until you change the setting or clear site data

Your choices regarding cookies

You have certain choices when it comes to the placing of cookies on your device. On Websites that display the cookie consent tool, you may Accept all, Reject all (strictly necessary only), or Customize to choose Analytics, Marketing, and Preferences individually. Strictly necessary cookies remain on. If you consent and later want to withdraw that consent, you may do so through the same consent tool.

On a first visit, the banner is shown until you make a choice. On return visits, your saved choice is applied immediately so tracking that you allowed can load without a flash of the banner. Where a Website provides a "Manage cookies" link (typically in the footer), you can reopen the tool at any time.

You can control your cookie choices using the following means:

  • Through our cookie consent tool, where you can select the categories of cookies that you allow to be placed on your device and withdraw that consent; and
  • Through your browser, where you can instruct it to delete or refuse cookies. You can visit the help center of your browser, the "Tools", "Edit", or "Help" pages to set your cookie preferences and delete cookies. We also encourage you to visit aboutcookies.org to learn more about how to opt out of cookies.

If a Website does not display a consent banner, optional analytics and marketing scripts configured through this tool are not in use on that Website.
